Dell Project Ophelia Release Date

Dell is said to be working on a new device under the code-name ?Project Ophelia,? and reports suggest it will essentially be an Android-powered computer on a USB stick. ?The struggling PC vendor will apparently use Ophelia to help reinvent itself as company founder Michael Dell continues his efforts to take Dell private, and now the computer on a stick is one step closer to launching. According to a recent report from IDG News Service, Dell?s Project Ophelia ?can turn any screen or display with an HDMI port into a PC, gaming machine, or streaming media player,? and it?is now shipping to beta testers ahead of a public release scheduled for this fall. The device will be priced around $100, IDG claims.

Today in Washington: President Obama invites Hillary Clinton to White House lunch

Washington -- Hillary Rodham Clinton plans to return to the White House today for a private lunch with President Barack Obama in a meeting that will be closed to the press.

It will be Clinton's second meeting with Obama at the White House since she stepped down as secretary of state on Feb. 1. White House officials said Sunday the lunch will be in the president's private dining room, but offered no other details about the meeting.

The meeting follows the White House announcement Sunday that Israeli-Palestinian peace talks will resume after a stalemate that lasted for years. It was not clear if Clinton has been invited to provide advice on the issue.

Clinton is the subject of speculation about a potential campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016. News of the lunch followed an announcement by the NBC television network Saturday that it will air a miniseries on Clinton before the 2016 presidential election.

NBC said the four-hour miniseries "Hillary" will star Diane Lane as the former first lady, U.S. senator from New York and U.S. secretary of state.

Pope dons Indian headdress after Brazil speech

RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) ? Pope Francis has delighted a crowd in Rio de Janeiro by donning a colorful Indian headdress handed to him by a member of a Brazilian tribe.

It came after the pontiff spoke Saturday at Rio's Municipal Theater to an audience mostly made up of Brazil's political, business and cultural elite.

After the talk, he was greeted by well-wishers on stage, including a few Indians.

A bare-chested man named Ubirai Matos from the Pataxo tribe met the pope while wearing a reed skirt, ornate red-bead necklace and large nose and ear piercings.

Matos took off his feather headdress and handed it to the pontiff.

Francis promptly placed it on his own head and flashed the crowd a smile.
