Demi Moore Hospitalized For ?Substance Abuse?

TMZ is reporting that Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital last night, with sources revealing to the celebrity gossip site that the reason behind her visit to the hospital was for substance abuse. So sad. It’s been a tough several months for the “St. Elmo’s Fire” star. Paramedics were called to her Los Angeles home around 10:45 PM, and after being checked out by emergency personnel, she was sent to the hospital. She is reportedly being moved to a treatment facility. A representative for Moore told TMZ: “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.? She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.” While her rep states that she is being treated for “exhaustion” and her “overall health”, sources told TMZ that she is seeking help for “substance abuse”.
